General conditions for rental cars.

Documents
Renter must have a valid identity card or passport, driving license for at least 1 year. A person domiciled in Poland should have a credit card or evidence of permanent employment or business activities. Persons who have no residence in Poland must have a credit card, which will be authorized for the deposit amount.

Minimum age tenants
Minimum age is 21 years.<br /> Maximum age is 70 years.

Fuel
Fuel is not included in the price of the lease.
Cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel and such should be returned.

Payment
Payment for the rental car we take in advance by cash, bank transfer, possibly by credit card.
We accept the following credit cards:
VISA, EUROCARD / MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB, JCB, POLCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS *, PBK STYL.
Bail
The amount of deposit is blocked (authorized) to the credit card account at time of car rental. Cancellation of authorization shall be made immediately upon return of undamaged car. If the car is returned dirty or return after dark authorize cancellation occurs the day after the inspection of the car. We accept credit cards mentioned in the section “Payment”. In the absence of a credit card deposit to be paid in cash or by bank transfer, but should provide a set of documents listed under “Documents.” For renting our rental vans may also take the car as a security deposit the tenant.

Crossing the border
Hiring a car can exceed the Polish border only with the written consent of the representative FaCar.

Note
In the absence of a specific model of car FaCar reserves the right to substitute another brand of car in the same class and with similar equipment.

The tenant is liable for damage caused during the rental period to the amount of the deposit.

The car is completely non-smoking.
